 2. Application is checked for compliance with the requirements of the vacancy, and the initial selection is made. Selection results are sent to candidates by email.

3. Applications are checked for compliance with the requirements of vacancies and candidates who have successfully passed the initial selection, are allowed to the test exams. The test exam is conducted and documented by the Personnel Commission of the Company.

4. Candidates who have successfully passed the testing stage are invited to the next stage - the qualification exam and individual interview. Qualification exam and individual interviews are conducted and documented by the Personnel Commission of the Company

5. Applicants, who meet the requirements of the vacancy and showed good results in the competition, receive official offer of employment. After reviewing the work place and after a medical examination, the work is provided at the CJSC “Baki Metropoliteni”.
