Hiring Guidelines

The recruitment process as established by Baku Metro CJSC serves to ensure the elimination of subjective factors. Applications of citizens for vacancies are reviewed by the Personnel Commission of "Baku Metro" CJSC. Recruitment is carried out by checking the professional quality, knowledge and skills of applicants.
Information on new vacancies is posted on the company's website www.metro.gov.az

1. Candidates are to go to the "Job with us" section, fill out and send the relevant questionnaire.

Preliminary selection is carried out by checking the compliance of the application with the vacancy requirements. The results of the preliminary selection stage are sent to candidates by e-mail.

Candidates who successfully pass the preliminary selection are invited to take a test exam. The test is conducted and documented by the Personnel Commission of the Company.

Candidates who successfully pass the test stage are invited to the next stage of the professional tests and individual interviews. Professional examinations and individual interviews are conducted and documented by the Personnel Commission of the Company.

Applicants who meet the requirements of the vacancy and achieve high results in the competition receive a formal job offer. After getting acquainted with the workplace and passing a medical check-up, they are provided with a job at Baku Metro CJSC.
