Rules for the Use of the Metro
The rules governing the use of the metro have been officially approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
1. General Provisions
1.1. These rules have been formulated to ensure the safety of passenger transportation in the Baku Metro, enhance the level of service provided to passengers, and are applicable to all individuals utilizing the Baku Metro.
1.2. Baku Metro stations are accessible to passengers every day from 06:00 to 24:00.
1.3. Passengers and Baku Metro personnel are expected to demonstrate politeness towards each other, handle facilities and equipment within the metro premises with care, maintain cleanliness, uphold public order, and adhere to the stipulations outlined in these regulations.
