2. The duties of passengers

2.1. Passengers should pay fees at the entry to the metro or openly present a certificate granting the right of free passage.

2.2. Passengers should pay for each hand luggage of total 121-200 cm length, width and height, as well as each hand luggage of total 151-220 cm length.

2.3. Hand luggage should be wrapped up, closed and fastened in such a way not to injure passengers.

2.4. The number of hand luggage allowed to be carried should not be more than two.

2.5. The certificate granting the right of free passage does not give right to free carriage of hand luggage.

2.6. If a passenger or any object falls from the platform to tracks or in case of any event damaging the safety of train traffic passengers should report about this to the worker on duty for receiving and dispatching trains, station worker on duty or any metro worker.

2.7. If passengers detect an unattended luggage or suspicious objects at stations and in trains, they should immediately report on this to the worker on duty receiving and dispatching trains, station worker on duty, train driver via “passenger-driver” communication, any metro worker or the police.

2.8. While on the platform, passengers must follow the bellow rules:

2.8.1. while waiting for the train share the platform equally;

2.8.2. not to stand at the train doors for not blocking the way of passengers leaving the train;

2.8.3. cross the border line of the platform until a train stops and its doors open;

2.9. While on the train, passengers should do the following:

2.9.1 give place to disabled, elderly, pregnant women and children;

2.9.2. lean against the car doors;

2.9.3 hang on to holders, not interfere with passengers leaving the train;

2.9.4 prepare in advance to leave the car while approaching their station.
