Based on Order No. 82 dated September 16, 2014, issued by the Chairman of the "Baku Metropolitan" Closed Joint Stock Company (CJSC), the Training and Education Center was established. This Center was set up in the administrative building previously known as the "Communication House." It was equipped with the most modern communication and telecommunication equipment, and dedicated classrooms for various specialties, teaching auditoriums, and other auxiliary areas were allocated.
The continuous success of the "Baku Metropolitan" CJSC since its inception requires the staff to be equipped with the highest theoretical and practical knowledge, as well as readiness for agile execution. Recognizing the employer's high responsibility in creating equal opportunities for employees while assessing the quality of work in the specialization process, the company considers it one of its main duties to increase professional training as prescribed by labor legislation, to provide rights for acquiring new specialties, and to organize certification.
Following Order No. 82 dated September 16, 2014, of the Chairman of the "Baku Metropolitan" CJSC, the Training and Education Center was established. The administrative building formerly known as the "Communication House" was supplied with the latest communication and telecommunication equipment, outfitted with classrooms for various specialties, teaching auditoriums, study corners, and other auxiliary areas, and was handed over for the Center's use.
The Charter of the Training and Education Center was approved by Order No. 106 dated September 30, 2014, issued by the Chairman of the Shareholder Company.
Based on Order No. 279 dated December 2, 2014, by the Chairman of the "Baku Metropolitan" CJSC, regarding the enrollment of employees in specialization and staff training courses, a training plan was approved, and training courses began in December of that year.
