The first wagon of type "A," part of the first metro train of the former USSR, was produced at the end of 1934. The Moscow metro was inaugurated on May 15, 1935, with the participation of representatives of the USSR leadership sitting in this very wagon. The wagon has seating for 52 and standing room for 120. This wagon draws attention with its classic design, driver's cab, lighting equipment and system, seats, and other interior elements. The wagon has not been used for passenger transport on the Baku metro lines. In the late 1960s, it was included as part of a railcar used for measuring the technical parameters of the tracks and other infrastructure on the Baku metro lines.
