On October 24, due to the UEFA Europa League group stage match involving the “Qarabağ” Football Club, Baku Metro’s “Gənclik” station will operate in an enhanced mode. In line with the operational plan of the “Baku Metro” CJSC, additional workforce will be allocated to the “Gənclik” station, located near the Tofiq Bəhramov Republican Stadium, where the match will be held.
Considering the anticipated high interest from spectators and ensuring the safe and convenient transportation of passengers, metro staff assigned according to the duty roster will guide passengers to streamline navigation and carry out technical tasks as needed.
Precautionary measures will also be implemented at the “Nərimanov” and “28 May” stations.
Throughout the day, trains will operate according to the autumn-winter weekday schedule. If necessary, additional trains will be on standby, ready for deployment.
After the match, train services will be specially regulated to account for the operational mode of the “Gənclik” station.
