Work Schedule of Baku Metro on Holiday Days

Work Schedule of Baku Metro on Holiday Days

06 NOVEMBER / 2024 / 16:32

On November 8–9, designated as non-working days in Azerbaijan due to Victory Day and Flag Day, the operating schedule of Baku Metro will be adjusted. Although November 10 falls on a Sunday, the train schedule will follow the holiday timetable. During these three days, train intervals on the Red Line between "Həzi Aslanov" and "28 May" stations will be reduced to 2.5 minutes from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. On the sections connecting "28 May" station to "İçərişəhər" and "Dərnəgül" directions of the Green and Red Lines, the train intervals will be doubled compared to the usual frequency.

Due to possible shifts in passenger flow caused by holiday events and cultural programs, the management and staff of "Baku Metro" CJSC will work on a rotational schedule to ensure uninterrupted service. Monitoring will be maintained over station infrastructure and engineering-technical facilities. Standby trains will remain ready for deployment as needed.

During these three days, train operations at "Bakmil" station will follow the Saturday schedule.
