During the days of Ramadan Eid, there will be changes to the operating schedule of the Baku Metro. In accordance with the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, the dates of April 6 and April 12 have been swapped. Consequently, even though April 6 falls on a Saturday, it will be considered a working day, and the Baku Metro will operate according to the regular weekday schedule. On that day, peak hours will be from 7:00-10:00 and from 17:30-19:30, during which the train movement on the "Hazi Aslanov-28 May" line will be regulated at 2-minute intervals.
In consideration of passenger satisfaction and the convenience of metro users, the work of staff personnel will be arranged based on a duty schedule during the holiday days. The infrastructure of all stations, including the operation of engineering and technical devices, will be kept under control.
On April 10-11, from 07:00 to 21:00, the interval between trains on the "Hazi Aslanov-28 May" line will be 2.5 minutes. From April 12-14, the interval on the same line will be 3 minutes.
The train movement interval from the "28 May" station, where the Green and Red lines intersect and converge, towards the "Icherisheher" and "Darnagul" directions will be doubled.
However, reserve trains will be kept ready and will be deployed onto the line as necessary, based on the direction of passenger flow.
Passengers traveling in the direction of "Bakmil" are requested to use the weekday schedules on April 6, the Saturday schedules on April 10-11, and the Sunday schedules on April 12-14.
