The Coronavirus Support Fund, established by the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev dated March 19, 2020 "on measures to protect the health of the population and strengthen the fight against coronavirus infection in the Republic of Azerbaijan", is currently being donated by individuals and legal entities on a voluntary basis. Baku Metro has, in its turn, decided to donate to the Coronavirus Support Fund, and the funds in the amount of 100,000 manat from the staff salaries have been transferred to the appropriate account.
The staff of Baku Metro CJSC expresses its solidarity with our people with an intention of supporting the measures taken by our state to prevent the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on our citizens and our economy.
