In the workshops for the production of tubing, concrete blocks, in the mechanical section, as well as in the production and testing laboratory was installed equipment of production of the leading world companies. With the participation of one of the well-known European companies, the site was certified with each relevant ISO standard -9001 (Quality Management), 14001 (Environmental Management) and 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety).
The last major achievement in the workshop, for the first time in Azerbaijan, is the beginning of the production of concrete half-sleepers. Compared to wooden sleepers, these concrete blocks produced in cooperation with the German company “Vollert” are more durable, more efficient, qualitative, easy to handle, endurable with complex hydrogeological conditions and other technical characteristics. In the future, this production process will also become a contribution to the brand "Made in Azerbaijan". These blocks were used on the test track of trains designed as a pilot project. These blocks are also used for laying tracks between the Memar Ajami stations and, conventionally called the B-03 of Purple Line, the construction of which is continuing at the present time.
