The state independence, which is one of the greatest achievements of our people, was established by the Constitutional Act adopted on October 18, 1991, with Azerbaijan declared to the whole world as an independent, democratic and secular state.
This year, Azerbaijan is celebrating this great history with the victorious march of our brave army to liberate Karabakh, an integral part of it, from the clutches of the enemy. Under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, the victorious army, which besmirched the insidious plans of the enemy in response to the enemy's attacks on our lands since September 27, is liberating our ancient and great lands from the clutches of the enemy. The cities of Jabrayil and Fizuli, Hadrut settlement, 58 villages and the strategically important Murov summit have already been cleared of Armenian armed forces.
We believe that the news of the end of the battles of our victorious Army against the Armenian occupiers, the complete liberation of our lands, which have been under occupation for almost 30 years, and the Great Victory, is near, and we look forward to the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's announcement of this victory!
